Jonathan Nalli is a distinguished C‑Suite leader and strategic architect with over 25 years of transformative experience in the healthcare industry. As the Founder and CEO of Crossroads Momentum—established in June 2023—Jonathan leverages his deep executive insight to help healthcare organizations unlock top-line growth, optimize P&L performance, navigate complex restructuring, and scale effectively across sectors ranging from public and non‑profit to innovative healthcare startups .
Prior to Crossroads Momentum, Jonathan served as Senior Vice President and Ministry Market Executive at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana from 2014 to 2023, where he integrated 24 hospitals into a cohesive and performance-driven network. Under his leadership, operating margins surged from 5.6% to 12.4%, in-network utilization climbed from 52% to 87%, and net revenue increased even amid significant reimbursement pressure . He also took on an interim Executive role in Michigan, steering a turnaround that eliminated a $230 million loss within 13 months .
Jonathan holds an MBA from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky . His contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including Modern Healthcare’s “Up & Comer” award, an Honorary Doctor of Business from Marian University, and induction into the Junior Achievement Central Indiana Hall of Fame .
